The Chefs Toolbox will repair or replace any item of como advanced™ cookware that is found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.
This warranty is VOIDED by misuse due to; improper cleaning, overheating, dishwasher use beyond 200 cycles, accident (including being dropped), alteration, fire, theft, or use in commercial establishments.

The como advanced Glass Lid has a 10 year guarantee. The Chefs Toolbox will repair or replace any item that is found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions. Glass Lid is heat resistant up to 180°C. May be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
This warranty is VOIDED by misuse due to: improper cleaning; use of items at temperatures above recommended range; accident; alteration; fire; theft; or use in commercial establishments.
como Commercial Tri-Ply
All como Commercial™ products carry a 10-year manufacturer defect warranty.
The Chefs Toolbox will repair or replace any item of como Commercial™ cookware that is found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.

Knives
The Chefs Toolbox Knives have a lifetime replacement guarantee (25 years) for defective workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. The Knives must NOT be placed in the dishwasher. The warranty does not cover surface marks occurring as a result of poor maintenance.
The Knife Block is covered by a 30-day Replacement warranty for defective workmanship. This does not cover scratches and marks, which have occurred after purchase.
Steak Knives are covered by a 12-month warranty for defective workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. This warranty does not cover surface marks occurring as a result of poor maintenance
The Knife Sharpener is covered by a 30-day Replacement warranty for defective workmanship. This warranty does not cover surface marks occurring as a result of poor maintenance
Silicone Bakeware
Silicone Bakeware is covered by a lifetime replacement warranty (25 years) for defective workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
The Ultimate Aussie BBQ Saviour
The Ultimate Aussie BBQ Saviour is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects. This does not include creasing, or burning from direct flame.
Chefs’ Tools
Silicone Measuring Spoons, Silicone Measuring Cups, Silicone Roasting Rack and Cooling Racks are covered by a 30-day warranty against defective workmanship.
Silicone Mixing Bowls, Stainless Steel Grater and Potato Masher are covered by a 12 month warranty against defective workmanship.
Silicone Utensils are covered by a 5-year warranty against defective workmanship.
Silicone Egg Rings, Silicone Egg Poachers, Silicone Pot Holders, Silicone Spatulas and Silicone Trivets are covered by the Silicone Bakeware Guarantee. Silicone Bakeware is covered by a lifetime replacement guarantee (25 years) for defective workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. (Silicone Bakeware warranty applies). Please note that if the handles of the Silicone Egg Poachers are torn or damaged, they will not be covered by the warranty.
Digital Timer/Thermometer
The Digital Timer/Thermometer is covered by a 12-month guarantee.
Electronic Scales
The Electronic Scales are covered by a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Dropping the Electronic Scales or immersing in water will void the warranty. Supplied batteries are not covered by warranty.

Covered by a 30 day replacement warranty for defective workmanship.

The Portable Induction Cooktop is covered by a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Dropping the Portable Induction Cooktop or immersing it in water will void the warranty.
