como advanced™
Please note that all como advanced™ cookware (excluding the Chef’s Grill and Chef’s Griddle) are suitable for use on an induction cooker.
Before you use:
Wash your new como advanced™ cookware in hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft tea-towel or cloth.
Cooking:
Your como advanced™ cookware is oven and stove-top safe to 250°C.
To avoid overheating:
Wherever possible, pre-heat your cookware to the desired cooking temperature prior to adding ingredients.
Avoid using high heat settings for extended periods.
Choose low to medium heat settings and apply your vented lid to maintain cooking temperatures.
To maintain the non-stick surface use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils and tools. Avoid spray oils as they often leave a gummy residue which makes cleaning difficult.
Cleaning:
It is recommended that you wash your como advanced™ cookware after every use and while it is still warm using hot, soapy water and a microfiber cloth. If required, leave your como advanced™ cookware to soak for 30 minutes and wipe with a non-abrasive pad and a combination of water and bicarbonate of soda.
